Refund and Dispute Policy

Last Updated: 5-3-2026

At LaNasa Property Services Inc., we are committed to fair, prompt, and transparent resolution of disputes relating to our services. This Policy applies to all LPS services including property management, tenant placement, and maintenance coordination.

1. Direct Resolution Required

All disputes or concerns must be submitted directly to LaNasa Property Services at info@lanasapropertyservices.com. By using our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment processor disputes, or bank claims for any completed transaction or delivered service.

All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided. Violating this no-chargeback rule may lead to immediate termination of services and legal pursuit of full payment.

2. Service-Specific Refund Scenarios

A. Property Management Fees

Monthly management fees are earned as services are rendered. Once a billing cycle has begun and management work has started, that cycle is non-refundable. Cancellation terms follow the management agreement, typically requiring 30 days written notice.

If you believe there is an error in monthly statements or charges, you must notify LaNasa Property Services in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the statement. Verified errors will be corrected.

B. Tenant Placement Fees

Tenant placement fees are earned upon successful placement of a qualified tenant. Once a tenant has been screened, approved, and signed a lease, the placement fee is non-refundable. If a placed tenant defaults or vacates early, replacement terms are governed by the management agreement.

C. Maintenance Coordination

Maintenance coordination fees are earned upon dispatch and management of vendor work. Vendor invoices are pass-through expenses and are not refundable by LPS. Disputes regarding vendor work quality must be addressed directly with the vendor.

D. Setup and Onboarding Fees

One-time setup, marketing, and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun (property listings created, marketing assets produced, or onboarding completed).

3. Dispute Resolution Process

4. Escalation and Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to confidential mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming prior to any court action. No class actions and no jury trials.

5. Other Disputes

Any disputes not specifically addressed above will be resolved at LaNasa Property Services' discretion, in accordance with these terms and any written agreement in place.

6. Final Decision

LaNasa Property Services' final decision regarding any dispute will be provided in writing. If the parties do not reach a mutually agreeable resolution, further action may be pursued only through mediation or arbitration as described above.
